Admiral Patrick Walsh, PhD (Ret) is a distinguished military leader and business executive in aerospace and defense, cybersecurity and higher education. As a United States Navy four-star admiral, he served as Vice Chief of Naval Operations, Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, Commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and Commander of the U.S. 5th Fleet. Admiral Walsh, a Naval Aviator commanded multiple Strike Groups and flew 77 combat missions while deployed aboard various aircraft carriers. Walsh was selected and became a member of the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, “Blue Angels”. During his Naval career he was appointed a White House Fellow and Special Assistant to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. He also chaired the Department of Leadership, Ethics and Law at the U.S. Naval Academy and served as the Chief of Naval Personnel and reported to the Joint Staff. Concurrently, Walsh served as Director, Navy Quadrennial Defense and Director, Navy Programing Division. Admiral Walsh is the recipient of numerous awards and decorations by the U.S. Navy.
Since retiring from the Navy, Admiral Walsh served as an executive in aerospace and defense, cybersecurity and higher education including serving as Vice President, Boeing Global Services managing a $1.3B portfolio with full P&L responsibility, Senior Fellow - John G. Tower Center for Public Policy and International Affairs, Southern Methodist University, Senior Advisor to Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm and business unit of Marsh McLennan and co-founder of the First Watch Group, a strategic advisory and consulting firm. Admiral Walsh also serves as President of Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep.

Dolanski had significant senior management responsibilities at Boeing including President of Boeing Services, a $10B operating division of Boeing, President and CEO of Aviall, a $4.4B subsidiary of Boeing. Additionally, Dolanski served as Vice President of Mission Support and Cyber Engagement at Raytheon. Jim is currently the Managing Partner, Technology at Caldwell, an international executive search firm. He spent 10 years leading a $300M technology company operations on 3 continents and his formative years as an active duty and reserve naval officer.
He is an industry specialist in the broader technology verticals of software, services, hardware and systems, telecom services and networks, to include SaaS, PaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS as well as managed IT services, cyber security, outsourcing & broader cloud services.
