Technical features

Quasi-static geolocation technologies (MQS and MEQS) enables centimeter to meter scale 3D geolocation and orientation in indoor, underground, underwater, and metallic environments, where all other techniques fail.


  • Quasi-static field only, no EM waves 
  • No proximity problems
  • Non line-of-sight operation
  • MQS - Magnetic field permeates all mediums like the Earth’s field 
  • EQS – Sensitive to conductors, can be used with MQS to remove sources of error and for true environment independence (MEQS)
  • No drift error (does not rely on inertial or other sensors) 
  • Constant EQS/MQS field detection (high update rates)
  • Range > 100 meters
